The good news for baseball fans is that spring training games are underway in Arizona. The bad news? Unlike the regular season, only a select number of games are available to viewers in the Bay Area.

And it’s pretty clear that you practically need a scorecard to keep track of which exhibition contests can be seen on regional cable TV - via NBC Sports Bay Area (NBCSBA) and NBC Sports California (NBCSCA) and which ones will only be streamed through NBCSportsBayArea.com, NBCSportsCalifornia.com and the MyTeams by NBC Sports mobile app.

To help you get with the program, here’s a rundown of times and dates for upcoming Giants and A’s exhibition games, including the two that will be played in the Bay Area (March 23 and 24):

Saturday: A’s vs. Cleveland Indians (1 p.m., NBCSCA, NBCSportsCalifornia.com and MyTeams app).

Monday: A’s vs. Chicago Cubs (7 p.m., NBCSCA, NBCSportsCalifornia.com and MyTeams app).

Tuesday: Giants vs. Texas Rangers (Noon, livestream only on NBCSportsBayArea.com and MyTeams app).

Thursday: Giants vs. Cleveland Indians (Noon, livestream only on ?NBCSportsBayArea.com and MyTeams app).

Sunday, March 8: Giants vs. Seattle Mariners (1 p.m., NBCSBA, NBCSportsBayArea.com and MyTeams app).

San Jose Giants broadcaster Joe Ritzo is calling the action on the livestream games. … The March 23 game in Oakland will be handled by the Giants broadcast crew (Duane Kuiper, Jon Miller and Dave Fleming). The March 24 game in San Francisco will be handled by the A’s broadcast crew (Glen Kuiper and Ray Fosse).
